About this role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in conducting full-cycle recruitment process from identifying hiring needs to filling job openings.

You will collaborate with each function’s team lead to compile a consistent list of requirements and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.

Ultimately, the responsibilities are to ensure our company attracts and hires the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
  • Identify hiring needs, design job description, source and attract candidates using databases, social media, job board, etc.
  • Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions.
  • Provide analytical recruiting reports.
  • Keep abreast of employment law and legislation.
  • Promote the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.

Requirements

Requirements

  • 2+ years working experience in a headhunting firm with a track record in sourcing and assessing talent.
  • The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
  • Good command in English and Mandarin.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Recruitment experience in the software industry.
  • Recruitment experience for overseas candidates. Better for Japan & Thailand market.
  • Working experience in a startup company.
