Finance Assistant Manager 財務副理

Responsibilities

• Assist in internal control for daily sales processes, in line with internal procedures. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Work with the team to handle payment requirements, including paying bills, sending invoices, and reimbursing employee expenses. Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including month and end-year process, accounts payable, and fixed asset activity
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
• Assist in designing and implementing scalable systems while building financial and accounting mechanisms and processes(working with external parties or building an internal team) to ensure Crescendo Lab is in complete compliance with the accounting principles, tax laws, and related compliance requirements.
• Work with oversea subsidiaries' accounting firm ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time
• Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements and financial analysis.
• Maintain accurate and complete financial records and participate in audits or reconciliations, as needed

Required requirements

• BS degree in accounting or finance
• 5+ years of accounting related experience
• At least 2 years working in the accounting firm
• Advanced computer skills on excel, google sheet, accounting software and databases
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
• High attention to detail and accuracy and learn fast.
• Working proficiency in English
• Prefer working in a collaborative, creative, and fast-paced team.

Preferred requirements

• You have experience working in a start-up environment or software/SaaS company.
• Project management experience is preferred
