- Identifying and developing new potential business lead and opportunities

Generating potential revenue for Cynopsis Solutions through prospecting

Working closely with the management team on business development plan

Liaise effectively with the Sales and Marketing team to generate lead

Build and maintain contact with all the new and existing clients to ensure high level of clients satisfaction

Demonstrate dedication to making calls on a daily routine

Keep abreast on Cynopsis Solutions development and advise customers accordingly

Ensure all customers’ request and actions are followed up diligently and on time

Provide quality service and customer satisfaction in all aspects of work
