Job Description

The people Operation team aims to provide better employee experience with improving service including, work space management, employee engagement, employer branding and more.

* What You'll Do

  • Conduct onboarding process, perform orientations and offboarding process including collecting new joiners information, managing and maintaining TW HRIS(if any).
  • Support employer engagement projects/ employer branding projects on logistics, serve as point of contact with vendors.
  • Assist with payroll process on collecting and consolidating overtime data and leave request data.
  • Complete paperwork regards to HR matters including but not limited to issuing TW Employment certificate, Employment Separation Certificate…etc.
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, seminars, surveys etc) and take minutes
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
  • Maintain general platform access including but not limited to Slack, Notion…etc.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding People Team systems and issues.
  • Manage TW Team asset, office amenities including but not limited to snacks, holiday decoration, office supplies etc.

Requirements

* What We Are Looking For

  • Experience working as a team player in an administrative role
  • Experience in project management, preferably HR related
  • Computer literacy skills – Intermediate Excel, Word
  • Able to deliver results on a planned basis.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to provide ideas on a project basis.
  • Able to keep sensitive information confidential.
  • Must be approachable and helpful.
  • Located in Taipei, able to show up in office on a weekly basis.
  • Excellent English reading and writing skills; Medium English speaking & listening skills

* Nice To Have

  • Able to plan strategically or comprehensively.
  • With basic knowledge of HR function, 1-2 year experience in HR.
