公關行政專員(IR & Administration Officer)

【工作內容】(1) 辦公室行政庶務相關事務管理 (2) 投資人關係維護、主辦年度投資人會議及不定期聚會交流活動 (3) 維護、更新、管理各類文件檔案 (4) 其他主管交辦事項

【工作地點】台北市信義區(捷運台北101站)

【工作時間】8:30-17:30

【徵求條件】

(1) Work experience: 3 + years’ experience in relation to Administration or Investor Relationship in foreign firms.

(2) Traits: Outgoing and proactive. Strong tendency to secretarial jobs and experienced to host events. Capable of mingling with Fund’s portfolios and investors.

• Education: Bachelor degree of Commerce or related departments.  
• Language: Fluent in  English (speaking & listening)/Japanese(speaking). Please provide related certificates as supporting.
