負責公司人才招聘執行工作
建立績效管理、薪資與獎勵制度
工作流程與人事管理規章之建立與修訂
規劃公司的員工職涯訓練發展
協助新進員工 onboarding 流程
協助發展公司文化及核心價值
人資相關事務及主管交辦事項

Requirements

3 年以上 HR 經驗
熟悉勞健保、熟悉勞工相關的法律法規
重視細節、具有獨立作業能力、執行力及談判能力
良好跨部門團隊溝通技巧、善於溝通、樂於助人
善於思考、主動發現問題，具解決問題的能力
熟悉協作軟體與文書、簡報工具
能以英文做基本溝通
加分：待過遊戲或軟體開發產業
