Software Customer Program Management (Japan)

- Support customers for spec confirmation, communicate with our team and cowork with customer to confirm project requirement and spec
- Support customers during development, help communication between customers and our Taiwan/China/India team, understand customer’s requirement and our development process.
- Support customers during testing. First line analysis the issues, and cowork with our team to fix the issues.
- Project Management for customers’ smartphone and 5G related projects
- Support our team to promote our products to customers.
職務需求
- Above 3 years smartphone related PM or FAE experience.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills, clearly information delivery, customer background intention dig out and relationship creation.
- Technique required to peripheral/Multi-media related spec and Linux/Android driver/system software coding experience. Wireless communication technology and SoC knowledge will be plus.
- Ability to efficiently assist RD discussion with customer.
- Excellent in English communication ability. With Mandarin capability is plus.
