1. Daily cash, trade, and position reconciliations
2. Creation of client accounts, credentials, and groups on the trading platforms in addition to configuring new settings for certain client and regulatory requirements
3. Completing all operational activities are executed in a timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven manner
4. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to operational activities
5. Reporting and updating of dividends, swap points, spread and other product information within the back office and website
6. Keeping management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends
7. Liaising with technology vendors, liquidity providers, and prime brokers to accommodate the business
8. UAT testing on the client platform for technology upgrades
9. Collaborating with other business functions and departments to ensure that operational activities are aligned with the organization's overall objectives and priorities
10. Identifying and managing operational risks and ensuring that appropriate controls and risk mitigation strategies are in place.

1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably graduated from Mathematics/Statistics/Finance/Economy with excellent scores in Mathematics and English.
2. Min. 2 year of working experience in Statistics/Finance/Data project, or strong involvement in numbers.
3. Master the Microsoft Office products (especially Microsoft Excel) and the Google workspace (especially Google Sheet), with familiarity in using advanced formula (e.g. pivot table, VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, IF AND, IF OR, SUMIF, etc).
4. High attention to detail.
5. Familiar with project management tools/techniques (e.g. Atlassian, Jira, Confluence, etc), client service area, operational support, and financial investment industry will be a plus.
6. Familiar with using Meta trader 4 & 5 is a must.
7. Familiar with forex trading terms (Slippage, Spread Levels, Margin Requirement, Overbook, etc).
8. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
9. Good problem-solving skills, with initiatives and proactiveness.
10. Has a great interest in exploring and testing new technologies.
11. Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
12. Flexible with cross-cultural team collaboration, cross-country work hours, and happy to travel for work.
