Job Description

Seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Engineering VP/CTO to join our team and lead the development of our world-class product.
Responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our platform and ensuring that our technology is scalable, secure, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and deployment of our platform from inception to launch, working closely with the product team to ensure that our technology meets the needs of our users.
  2. Develop and maintain a technical roadmap that aligns with our business objectives, identifying key milestones and ensuring that we are on track to meet our goals.
  3. Manage a team of developers and engineers, providing technical guidance and oversight to ensure that our technology is of the highest quality.
  4. Ensure that our platform is secure and that our users' data is protected, working closely with our security team to implement best practices and stay ahead of emerging threats.
  5. Collaborate with our product and design teams to ensure that our platform is intuitive and user-friendly, providing an exceptional user experience to our users.
  6. Make informed decisions based on data, analysis, and sound judgment. Be able to evaluate different options, weigh risks and benefits, and take responsibility for their decisions.
  7. Communication: be an effective communicator who can articulate complex technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical stakeholders.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations, ensuring that our platform remains at the forefront of the industry.

Requirements

Requirements :

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  2. At least 8 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of building and scaling complex systems.
  3. Experience leading teams of developers and engineers, with excellent communication and management skills.
  4. Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security protocols to protect user data.
  5. A passion for gaming and an understanding of the unique needs of the gaming community.
  6. Experience working in a startup environment and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
