職務描述:
- 細心傾聽客戶需求並且給予正確的解決方案
- 為客戶提供良好的服務品質
- 主要協助解決會員資料維護等相關問題
工作時間: 9AM-6PM 週一至週六(輪休),固定休日
工作地點: 近象山捷運站
This is a full time position with full paid training and comprehensive induction program - conducted at our Taipei office!!
Shift hours: 9am-6pm , Monday to Saturday shift rostered, Sundays off
Location: Xinyi Dist., Taipei (near Xiangshan MRT Station)
If you are:
- Someone that is used to a high volume of calls and pays attention to detail.
- Someone who has exceptional verbal communication skills in Cantonese
- With intermediate level of English in reading and writing.
- Committed to continuous improvement and self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
- At ease working in a structured and goal-oriented environment
