Customer Success Specialist / POS Support Specialist

Taipei, Taiwan / Part-time or Full-time

Queue Technology is reinventing the way businesses in the hospitality industry use point-of-sale systems. This fast-growing POS company gives restaurants, bars, and cafes improved speed, flexibility, and efficiency with its integrated and customizable cloud-based POS solution. We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our collaborative team in Taipei, Taiwan. What you’ll do:

• Manage a robust portfolio of current customers
• Own and develop relationships at all levels of customer organizations
• Be on the ground, interfacing with customers
• Assist customers in after-sales communication and support
• Assist in the testing of software improvements
• Increase the effectiveness of the team by identifying opportunities for new approaches & innovations

Requirements:

• Fluent in Chinese and proficient in English
• Clear communication, structured thinking, organization, and project management skills
• Strong collaborator who can build relationships across the organization
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Familiarity with the POS platform landscape
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication
• Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
