Customer Success Specialist / POS Support Specialist

Taipei, Taiwan / Part-time or Full-time

Queue Technology is reinventing the way businesses in the hospitality industry use point-of-sale systems. This fast-growing POS company gives restaurants, bars, and cafes improved speed, flexibility, and efficiency with its integrated and customizable cloud-based POS solution. We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our collaborative team in Taipei, Taiwan. If you are interested in building relationships, solving problems for customers, having direct ownership of your work, and learning in a fast-paced start-up environment, this job is for you.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage a robust portfolio of current customers
  • Own and develop relationships at all levels of customer organizations
  • Be on the ground, interfacing with customers
  • Assist customers in after-sales communication and support
  • Assist in the testing of software improvements
  • Increase the effectiveness of the team by identifying opportunities for new approaches & innovations

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Chinese and proficient in English
  • Clear communication, structured thinking, organization, and project management skills
  • Strong collaborator who can build relationships across the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Preferred qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the POS platform landscape
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication
  • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
