主要條件：
-至少10年以上軟體後端開發經驗
-若Handson比重超過5成，希望過去有Ruby on rails 的開發經驗(有coding能力即可，不需每份工作都使用過)
-若管理經驗豐富並且有超過3年管理5人以上團隊，不須有ROR經驗，但未來仍需進行code review
-有媒體、串流、廣告技、AI、big data服務經驗加分
面試流程包含與技術顧問、GM、CEO onsite面試
約需2-4周時間完成。
