Key Responsibilities：

• Develop strategies for suppliers within aspects of sourcing development, cost modelling and project analysis
• Conduct supply chain evaluation model with engagement of bring-up, qualification, capacity planning, cycle time, takt time, yield analysis
• Shape solid competitiveness via supplier relationship optimisation and NPI project management

Key Requirements：

• Master’s degree or above in engineering discipline with at least five years of experience in supply chain
• Strong ME sourcing experience in networking or solar or AGV or IoT
• Extensive knowledge in mechanical components and manufacturing processes, such as metal stamping, extrusions, castings, forgings, welding, plastic injection molding
• Equipped with growth mindset personality to immerse with pressure and flexibility
