主要職務內容
- 制定具體進度，詳細分配組員的工作內容，保證專案整體進度
- 根據企劃指定的設計文檔，把握主體美術風格
- 監督專案美術組內部的工作內容與進展，協調組內各類事宜。包括原畫、特效UI
- 瞭解產品整體設計概念，保持高度責任感
- 負責遊戲整體規劃與管理
- 制定遊戲美術製作流程與規範；擅長2D角色，場景，考慮手機的效能，同時又兼顧質感
- 負責解決各類專案美術問題，並確保專案運作完成
職務技能及經歷條件
- 5年以上遊戲美術製作經驗 (博弈產業經驗尤佳)
- 熟悉遊戲開發流程，能夠為專案的需求做出技術評估
- 具備良好的溝通協調能力，責任心強，團隊合作精神強
- 具備豐富的專案及人員管理經驗
- 具備國際合作與溝通經驗尤佳
- 具創意分析、藝術美感、有高度敏銳性
- 對遊戲美術工作有高度熱忱
