【大數據系統平台】Software Project Manager
職缺描述
主力做導流平台及大數據系統的軟體公司，目前正積極招募1-2位Software Project Manager加入團隊，負責客戶對應窗口及內部專案流程管理
職務需求
Key Responsibilities:
- 與客戶溝通、了解需求，並協助項目評估與方案製作
- 計劃與管理專案，制定工作流程與資源協調
- 及時發現並跟蹤解決專案問題，有效管理專案風險
- 此職務為客戶主要對應窗口
Key Requirements:
- 2-3年以上網路產業、軟體或IT相關領域的專案項目管理經驗
- 良好的溝通、交流和組織能力，主動積極釐清需求與協調資源
- 熟悉與產品、技術、測試人員的跨職能溝通，熟知相關技巧
- 熟悉專案管理相關工具，EX. JIRA, Project
- 工作細緻、負責，自我驅動能力強，能承擔專案壓力
- 有PMP認證優先
