Job Description
- Primarily responsible for selling and promoting products and/or services to all Retail (Modern / Traditional)
- Manages all aspects of the selling process and relationship with Retail group.
- Administers sales policies and programs to meet sales and profit.
- Implement business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships and identify new revenue opportunities with major accounts.
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships.
- Maintaining distribution claim and stock, handling 1 distributor.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Business or any field.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Retail/General especialy in FMCG Industry (skin care, hair care, fashion, moms & baby's product).
- Having experiences in Modern Trade, General Trade Channels & Territory Management.
- Required Skill(s): Excellent interpersonal skill, result oriented, self driven, initiative.
- Having good presentation skill & proficiency in english, both written and spoken.
- Willing to be placed in Medan, Surabaya, Palembang, Denpasar, Makassar, Semarang, Balikpapan, Batam, Bandung.
