Responsibilities:

  • Handle complaints and problems from customers
  • Responsible for every complaint, suggestion, and input from buyers/customers in all online Sales (E-commerce ratings and complaints)
  • Checking outstanding Shopee and Tokopedia
  • Checking and responding to bad rating reviews on e-commerce
  • Create problem reports
  • Create a complaint response lead time

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in all major
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service
  • Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, hardworking, and honest person
  • Customer-oriented
  • Ability to use testing software and related Quality Assurance Tools
  • Ability to create and monitor report quality insights based on CSAT measurements
  • Ability to function independently and within a team environment
  • Experience in E-Commerce marketplace platforms or the beauty industry will be a plus point
  • Intermediate English skill
