Responsibilities:

  • Manage the performance of the Customer Services Team in a directed manner by company regulations effectively and efficiently
  • Checking/analyzing the results of the Customer Service Team's work to measure suitability in implementing SOPs
  • Provide coaching, knowledge refreshment, and input suggestions for development purposes by working collaboratively with each Team Leader
  • Participate in the process of conveying information to the Customer Service Team regarding SOP or product knowledge updates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in all major
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance Customer Service
  • Willing to work from Monday to Saturday with a shifting working arrangement (8 hours/day)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, hardworking, and honest person
  • Customer-oriented
  • Ability to use testing software and related Quality Assurance Tools
  • Ability to create and monitor report quality insights based on CSAT measurements
  • Ability to function independently and within a team environment
  • Experience in E-Commerce marketplace platforms or the beauty industry will be a plus point
