The Group powers over US$3.5 billion in annual sales for over 10,000 online and in-store merchant partners. In 2022, ShopBack launched ShopBack Pay and PayLater, extending the platform's offerings into financial services, providing shoppers responsible and convenient payment options at checkout.
Responsibilities
* Plan, create pipeline and distribute point of sale materials to ShopBack partner outlets
* Plan and execute staff education sessions to help merchants with adopting digital fintech solutions of ShopBack
* Execution of ad-hoc projects like on-ground campaigns to help with user retention and user acquisition
* Create a positive experience for partners by providing quality, value-added services and solutions in a timely manner.
* Prepare, reconcile and maintain partner training materials inventory levels
* Collect comprehensive information of the outlet including store front image
* Providing technical support to help troubleshoot partner related issues and concerns

職務需求

* Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months
* Excellent communicator with the ability to adapt when meeting with different people
* Willing to commute to various places within Singapore
* Ability to grow and learn in challenging and fast-paced environment
* Having access to a personal vehicle for work purposes will be an added advantage
