Responsibilities

• Completing rental transactions and agreements for customers in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
• Obtaining required authorizations, signatures, imprints, addendums, confirmation numbers, and performing Preferred/Fastbreak, or other special services as assigned.
• Reviewing completed contracts with customers to ensure accuracy of information and explaining rates and charges.
• Providing customers with completed rental agreements, keys, directions to rental vehicles, maps, and any other assistance required.
• Completing transaction procedures for returned vehicles and verifying accuracy of closing calculations.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries, handling and resolving customer complaints.
• Organizing workflow to meet customer timelines.
• Escalating issues to management as appropriate.
• Moving rental vehicles as directed, including delivering to customers.
• Maintaining accurate vehicle logs as directed.
• Fueling up, vacuuming the vehicle, and taking the vehicles to the washing station for returned vehicles to meet the rental standard.
• Actively participating in Health & Safety adherence, improvements, and initiatives.
• Attending work at all scheduled times, including out-of-hours as required.
• Demonstrating an approach to continuous improvement.
• Carrying out all tasks that could reasonably be expected of you.

Job Types: Part-time / Full-time

Pay: from $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 20-40 per week

Shift: Day shift Monday to Friday, weekends as needed

What we are looking for

• Japanese JLPT N1/N2 (required).
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management.
