2. Create and optimize the PPC campaign performance
3. Analyze data to determine ways to optimize performance to improve conversion rates, sessions, and other key metrics
4. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity, and identifies trends
5. Set the sales and marketing plan depends on the stage to achieve the sales goal
6. Internal communication with marketing, design, customer service, logistics and financial team
7. As a protocol for product-relevant feedback from front end, consolidate customer needs with feasibility to lead internal discussion
8. Provide regular performance reports to supervisors

1. 1+ years’ experience of cross-border eCommerce related in CE branding company.
2. Proven experience working independently as well as in a team
3. Strong analytical, organized, and problem-solving skills
4. Demonstrated ability to multi-task
5. Proficiency in English
