• Implement & evolve the global social media strategy for ViewSonic
• Plan content and social calendar, and co-work with regional & local offices for implementation.
• Work with our creative teams to create engaging content that resonates with our audiences
• Own one of ViewSonic’s key verticals on social and be responsible for its success
• Manage ViewSonic’s global social media handles on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube –
• Establish relationships with partners and key influencers
• Monitor and report on performance on social media platforms using tools like HootSuite
• Act as contact point for escalations of social customer care issues
• Work on several campaigns and projects at once, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines.

• Fluent English writing ability required

• Two years Digital Marketing (especially Social Media) experience required

• Experience in education, or software-as-a-service, or consumer electronics preferred but not required

• Good interpersonal skills, self-driven, able to think creatively and work under pressure.

• Must be passionate about social media and content creation

• Bachelor’s degree
