Descripción del trabajo
1.海內外招募任用作業執行(40%)
-應徵者履歷審核、合格履歷主動搜尋、面試邀約及安排
-各招募渠道定期維護(ex:104、Yurator、Cake Resume、meet.jobs等)
2.員工關係管理(20%)
-制定或調整公司福利制度，建立良好的企業文化
-定期執行新進員工訪談，增進員工歸屬感
3.人事資料維護(20%)
-員工出缺勤紀錄管理
-員工試用期滿評核及通知
4.勞健保加退保(10%)
5.日常行政作業及其它主管交辦事宜(10%)
Requisitos
1.具一年以上人事招募經驗
2.做事謹慎細心，處理人事資料不馬虎
3.良好的團隊合作精神
4.個性開朗，喜愛與人交流
