🔔職務內容🔔
- 制定品牌年度策略目標、預算規劃以及品牌形象宣傳，旨在提升品牌知名度和影響力。
- 發佈公關新聞稿，並規劃媒體採購與故事擴散的行銷方案。
- 發掘、挖掘和製作品牌故事，透過各種媒體平台，例如社交媒體、公關宣傳和網站文章等方式，將公司的品牌故事分享給更多人。
- 品牌管理與制度建立，包括對內凝聚共識、對外溝通原則、品牌識別維護和導入。
- 策劃並帶領品牌進行異業合作和線上線下活動，以放大影響力。
- 維護利益相關者關係，並監控媒體，做好危機處理工作。
Requirements
✨所需條件✨
- 3+年以上在公關公司或品牌端的服務經驗，能熟練地策劃品牌行銷策略並負責專案管理。
- 2+年的團隊管理與領導經驗，或曾親自建立新團隊。
- 具備預算控管、成本數據與成效追蹤的能力，有豐富的媒體投放經驗（包括付費廣告投放、數據分析及優化）。
- 擁有公關媒體接洽經驗，包括新聞稿的撰寫以及媒體發布和採訪的應對能力。

- 2nd Round: Assignment
