1. Review, maintain SOP and enhance business processes for operations efficiency. 2. Support new business engagement requirement with new process proposal and/or IT development request 3. Communicate cross departments to resolve business operation related issues 4. Project implementation: Coordinate with business users and IT for collecting requirements, solutions review, User Acceptance Testing, training and project stabilization. 5.
