1. Collect and analyze customer’s requirement, optimize customer’s existing operation and manufacturing process to work out a system solution for customer. 2. Formulate a detailed project implementation plan. 3. Establish and manage the entire project team. 4. Organize and manage the entire MES implementation project including project scope, progress, cost and risk and so on. 5. Responsible for project acceptance. 6. Customer satisfaction management.
