Successfully secured the sourcing of a key IC with limited availability at 75% lower price by leveraging the resources from a customer with strong buying power. 2. Alternative Sourcing: Initiated and led the 2nd source project for 35 long lead materials to mitigate the supply risks for NPI and MP products. Worked with R&D to qualify and approve the 2nd supply sources and monitored the implementation on ongoing basis. 3. Production Management: Coordinated between Engineering, Sourcing, suppliers, and CMs to deliver projects on time. Ensured the readiness of materials and CMs to meet production schedules. Been the packaging and label specification owner. 4. PLM Data Management: Managed all product data and change management (ECR/ECO) over their entire lifespan on Arena.

Arranged post-RTS tasks to bridge products to sustaining stage. 1. Successful NPI: Delivered 3 projects in 2 years. Set the timelines and deadlines for each NPI phase and troubleshot the problems to ensure 100% project ontime delivery. Launched Dell Latitude 5000 series on time even with the delayed shipment from CPU supplier.
