I am currently working as a Customer Service Manager for Walmart, at a store I have been employed at for over 4 years. My job has included a large variety of tasks in a retail environment which includes: working in a busy/fast paced Point Of Sale area, inventory management, loading/unloading trucks, customer service counter, financial services, cart attendant, tech associate, electronics sales associate and managing/scheduling a team of over 20+ associates. During my time at Walmart I have won employee of the month twice. I also have trained over 30 employees as cashiers, cart attendants, self check-out hosts and customer service associates.
