• Communicating with customers and identifying their needs & wants through face-to-face confrontation, by phone, email & live chat ( via WhatsApp & Telegram ).
• Liaising with a high volume of customers daily through email & live chat ( via WhatsApp & Telegram ).
• Standing in the front line and greeting our walk-in customers with a big smile on our faces, and subsequently attending to their needs & inquiries if they stumbled upon any difficulties that require our assistance.
• Responsible & was the person in charge to lead the team to meet our team's weekly sales quota.
• Responsible for doing a daily report on behalf of the team and submitting it to the Branch Manager. Following up with a brainstorming session with the team on further improvement strategy.
• Capable of performing basic administrative duties and office-related work. Very eager to learn more if needed!
