Developed and executed training for site managers. Developed order and dispatch system on behalf of the operation team, cooperated with Tech team. Adjusted the production capacity of 2 plates in 3 weeks, transferred capacity of 2.5+ tons/day, and stabilized the additional error rate after adjustment in 1 week. Be the contact person for collaborated with supply team and customer success team to integrate and improve internal processes. Analyzed shipment data, provided strategy of customer communication and adjustment of TA.

Managed 15~20 people on the operation site, an average of 2~2.5 tons of vegetables and fruits are shipped every day. Responsible for the development of the new plant, increase the average daily shipment volume of the plant from 0.7 to 3 tons/day in 4 months, Jan 2020 is assigned as the plant manager of the new plant, managing 25~30 people. Assisted the operation manager to reduce the cost of the department, with a decrease of 18.5% in the 4-month period, also controlled the shipping error rate, which decreased by 47.6% from the weekly average high of 0.498% to 0.262% in the eight months from Sep 2019. Established on-site work efficiency management standards and training SOPs.

Developed training SOP for restaurant staff. Developed franchise structure, job description, marketing plan, franchise operations manual, and product development process.

Led a team of six members to build a new online training system for staff and instructors. Conducted 2 courses, 3 months each, for operation specialists with up to 10 years of seniority. The course focused on center operation and advanced material instruction. Initiated and designed 2 lecture series about center operation and advanced instruction skills for operation specialists with up to 10 years of seniority. Hosted national staff training 3 times a year with 150+ attendees each, and an extension special training instructed by President of Kumon India for a week. Represented and spoke for Kumon Taiwan to attend the 1 st International Math and Native Language Staff Conference in Osaka, Japan in Sep. 2017, with Kumon staff from 30+ different countries or areas. Designed a new center system which saves at least 4 hours of center visits per month for an operation specialist.
