. Working on Daily files, Workday Report, PNRB 225 DED, PNRB2260 Ben & Tax,
RCIMBILL, RCI401K.
. Tax Withholding audit reports and data correction, processing W-4 and processing
various reports for tax data quality.
. Fair knowledge of Garnishment.
. Manage payroll, Data Entry, Manual Check, EE's Account.
. Working on Weekly/Monthly Payroll and handle 10, 000 EE's Payroll Account.
. Handling the escalation came from the client and revert them at an earliest.
. Having regular interactions with Onshore via Call, an Email and Lync and built healthy
interpersonal relationship with them
. Ongoing proactively share suggestions, updates, ideas, opinions, and information with
onshore team.
. Would handle daily calls regarding the production and other projects that are laid down
by the client for the process Improvement.
. Creating charts for the team regarding the Quality and Production of the team of the
Week as well as for the month.
. Being a Payroll Specialist would conduct regular huddles regarding the Quality and
productions, also note down the training chart for the week processors.
. Also conduct Team Activities for the Team Bounding sessions on monthly Basis.
. Handling Production and Quality of the team.
. Ensuring that SLA is met for all the SR tickets that are raised and fixing them within the
SLA.
. Application worked on are EV5, Mainframe, BPM, Quick View Preview, I-Report Final
Report, EE checks
