• Provide international customers Bluetooth related technical supports.
• Handle issues, categorize and filter issues through analyzing logs and cooperating with international teams, including backend engineering team, validation team and lab engineers for further investigation.
• Organize and participate in customer training. Also, prepared the customer training materials of debug case study.
• Host regular cross-team meeting to discuss co-working issues, including the status, progress, next action and the resource needed.
