❏ Constructed public ebook online service with the largest collection in Taiwan's public libraries. Prior to this, the readers of public libraries had had the same way of borrowing digital media as physical books. ❏ Learned from interviews that the visually impaired adjust the sound speed consistently while listening to audio, so I designed a mechanism for adjusting the sound speed of the reader to fit their familiar way. ❏ Designed a library inventory app using bluetooth to replace bulky equipment by a single mobile device innovating the librarians' journey of inventory collections.
