Entering as bar supervisor, I am now the current manager of restaurant and bar, Locker & Loft. Here I play a wide variety of roles, such as with my previous job at BAIT, but now with added responsibility such as cost control, inventory & ordering, managing barstaff, mixology, entertaining and inviting guests, pushing sales and meeting company targets.
Both an oyster bar and restaurant but also a casual but chic bar - managed events and entertainment nights such as pushing promotions and sales, looked after DJs and acts, kept contact with customers (PR) and handled orders. Further developed managerial skills on the floor and as a mixologist behind the bar.
Beginning as a barback, quickly working way up to become a bartender at an Italian fine dining restaurant and bar.
Prepared coffee and other breakfast beverages. Remembering and interacting with customers -especially regulars - being friendly and cheerful, establishing a more personal experience for customers. Ensuring quality of ingredients and final quality of beverages.
Continued studies from 1996 - 2006 at Islamia Public School, Charsaddar (Matriculation) to P.A.F. (translated, Fazai Degree College) Faculty of Arts from 2007 2009, Peshawar Cant (Foundation).
