      「每一趟飛行,都是一個新的開始,有新的挑戰與學習。」這是我,王瑀萱,對生活及工作的態度,抱持這樣的信念,我離開航空業舒適圈,期許能將多年經驗,實現在不同的領域。
 雖然大學畢業後就錄取四大會計事務所,但我沒有選擇走像其他同學一樣的路,我了解自己的人格特質,擁有優秀的外語能力,又喜歡觀察與接觸人群,想挑戰自我去外商增廣見聞,於是隻身前往香港,擔任國泰航空的機艙服務員。離鄉背井的九年,更加速我養成獨立思考,獨當一面的能力,也學會了廣東話。國泰航空是一個非常國際化的外商航空,每趟航班工作的同事都不一樣,且來自不同國家,機上服務的乘客也形形色色,在這樣多元的工作環境下,提高了我對人事物的觀察力與分析能力,且更重視細節。同事相處方面,能迅速瞭解彼此的個性與工作風格,以同理心站換位思考,尊重不同的意見,調整工作方式,達到最有效率的團隊合作。

        我的個性活潑外向,給人第一眼的印象就是沒有距離、好親近,朋友與同事眼中,我是一個不吝於幫助他人的合作夥伴,所以能很快地與他人建立關係。我的工作態度積極主動、有責任感,喜歡從錯誤中學習,對於不熟悉的事務,會自主學習並精益求精,努力達成目標。在職期間,我也代表前線人員的實務經驗,和公司內部合作,義務參與公司新商務艙服務計畫的推動,成功於期限內推出上線,並且擔任首批上線的商務艙大使。

        2019年快速升遷至經濟艙事務長,每趟航班管理二至五名空服員,負責接待公司卡客貴賓,維護顧客關係。行前會議分析乘客資料,決定是否調整供餐選擇數量的比例,並檢查機上餐點的數量和品質,對於需要特別關注的旅客(如:醫療輔助、曾投訴過),會與團隊討論應對方法,提前想出解決方案。我擁有觀察細節的能力與警覺心,遇到突發事件,皆能第一時間冷靜應對,也因此獲得公司嘉獎與肯定。

     在面對客人帶有情緒性的投訴或是同事間矛盾,我不會預設立場,會先仔細聆聽他們真正的不滿意的地方在哪,再與對方確認是否理解相同,進而解決問題,也因此九年間,每個月都收到客人與上司的讚美信。旅遊多國數年,見識了各地的文化,也累積許多故事,相信這些經驗,日後若能為貴公司奉獻己力,在與客戶交流時,都能成為拉近彼此距離的材料,能更輕鬆建立顧客關係。我熱愛自由潛水,我享受不斷突破自我極限的成就感,在工作上亦是如此,所以無論是在面對挫折還是客人的否定,我都會以正面積極的態度面對,將他們成為自我反省與提升專業能力的養分與動力。
