出生於1993年,來自高雄旗山。平時的休閒有健身、打乒乓球與練習烹飪;喜歡透過理解與圖像化的的方式學習,因此對於可推理或聯想的事物很容易上手。到國、高中後,隨著科目越分越細,在數理化方面的能力也表現得更加出眾。大學與研究所分別就讀高醫醫化系與台師大化學系,研究的領域是物理化學相關,曾代表實驗室參加加拿大化學協會所舉辦的研討會。
畢業後,第一份工作進入聯華電子擔任乾蝕刻製程工程師,負責Legacy產品的Spacer製程。主要的工作內容是確保產線的穩定與產品的良率,其他還有問題改善與降低生產成本等等…。每天進到公司就像到戰場上一般,產線的Hold Lot要能快速並準確的處理、產品的異常要能精確地分析並擊中要害避免再次發生與維持產品生產的良率。這樣的經歷雖然一開始很不習慣,但讓我對於時間有更好的分配能力,同時也對工作有更加負責的態度。
離開聯華電子後,我到新創公司—英屬維京群島商斯託克公司台灣分公司擔任製程開發工程師,為公司設計的新機台進行測試並提出調整與改善的工作;同時,也隨著機台到客戶端進行調機工作,與機構、電控與軟體工程師溝通協調,在有限的時間內協助客戶進行量產與教導客戶使用機台。
離開斯托克後,我來到漢民科技擔任製程工程師(R&D),負責第三代半導體—碳化矽(SiC)的晶圓切割;這是一個我完全不懂得領域,我必須一邊進行摸索與了解這個材料的特性,一邊執行DOE,讓這個部門由4"晶圓走到6"晶圓的生產,並且從RD line轉型到Production line,並建立穩定的參數,協助公司以適當的成本穩定生產。過程中也了解了更多細節,如產能、機台與人力的估算、新機台與新材料的選擇、與廠商的應對、如何撰寫SOP與教導現場作業人員等等…。
基於過去工作經歷所累積的能力,本人有信心能為貴公司帶來貢獻。不論是需要跨部門的溝通、新製程的開發、既有製程的CIP與產線的建立等等…,我相信自己都有能力成為助力。我對於工作認真負責的態度也一定可以幫助貴公司未來的發展。
I am from Qishan, Kaohsiung. I usually play table tennis, work out and cook off duty. I use logical and image memory way to learning; therefore, I am good at chemistry, physical, and mathematic after junior. I graduated from Kaohsiung Medical University with bachelor’s degree which studied Photochemistry and graduated from National Taiwan Normal University with master’s degree which studied different metal on oxygenated material for fuel cell in master. I presented my research in Canadian Chemistry Conference before I got my master degree.
I joined UMC as process engineer in dry etch field. I charged in spacer process of legacy product. I work independently soon and I was better than colleagues in the same period. I stabilized process and yield of product; it was the major work. Besides, cost reduction and process issue was also my work. There were usually a lot of routine works and issues, and we needed to analyze precisely to avoid another issue.
After I leaving UMC, I joined the Stroke PAE as process develop engineer. This company is design and produce the tool in SMT process for micro LED and Mini LED. The process I majored was matrix transition, and we were usually on business trip for costumer. In the period, we had to communicate with mechanical engineer and electrical engineer frequently to solve the problem with tool.
My latest job was R&D engineer for 4 inch and 6 inch Silicon Carbine substrate. There was crystal growth, slicing, grinding, and polish process and I was major in the slicing process. The biggest challenge in this work was owing to the characteristic of 4-H silicon carbine. The small different condition could affect the profile of substrate seriously. We need to run DOE to find the window that can fit the crystal internal stress. After I stabilize the 4 inch process, and 6 inch process, I started to plan how to build the 6 inch production line. We chose the new generation machine and different material for environmental friendly, and fund the recipe to production. Also, I trained the manufacture assist engineers as the team leader and wrote the SOP. In the process, I learn how to estimate the productivity, manpower needs, new tool and new material; meanwhile, I also know the skill of the communication with supplier, how to lead a group, the detail for writing SOP and FMEA.
I have changed 3 jobs in past 5 years, but I get much experience about process, R&D and building a production line. I get ability such as communication cross different depart, R&D for new product or process and stable process improvement etc. I know these abilities and my personality which is responsible, serious and pursuing perfection could be the good candidate.
