Hello! I am Charlotte Wu. I have 10+ years of marketing experience.

I am currently an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager at Carnival Industry Corp. Alongside the 54 years history of Carnival, I am excited to bring up the digital strategy to the company and the brand. Throughout my career as an entrepreneur, consultant, and office worker, my focus has been on digital marketing. Witnessing and understanding the industry's transformation, I have realized marketing is no longer a department of creating exposures but an explorer responsible for carving new roads. 


Learning GA, GSC, and GTM built my foundation in data analysis. Every insight should come from data, and all data should be clean. Studying and performing paid ads and holding events helped me construct the face of customers. Powers contained within graphics and copywriting should be tested and viewed separately. 


O2O and OMO tools gradually visualize the action points of customers. But the customers should be viewed as human beings because they could have different feelings toward the brand in different scenarios; correctly tagging their behaviors is the key to viewing a customer as a whole person.
