I am currently an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager at Carnival Industry Corp. Alongside the 54 years history of Carnival, I am excited to bring up the digital strategy to the company and the brand. My works in Carnival are various, from website to e-commerce and data analysis to OMO building. I am delivering a younger brand image to men who are now between 30 to 50 years old. Nonetheless, the primary source of revenue comes from offline stores, I am striving to pull up online sales to verify the effort of brand refreshing. Since my onboarding, the online sales have had a 4-times growth with an excellent ROAS OF 25.
Throughout my career as an entrepreneur, consultant, and office worker, my focus has been on digital marketing. Witnessing and understanding the industry's transformation, I have realized marketing is no longer a department of creating exposures but an explorer responsible for carving new roads.
Learning GA, GSC, and GTM built my foundation in data analysis. Every insight should come from data, and all data should be clean. Studying and performing paid ads and holding events helped me construct the face of customers. Powers contained within graphics and copywriting should be tested and viewed separately.
O2O and OMO tools gradually visualize the action points of customers. But the customers should be viewed as human beings because they could have different feelings toward the brand in different scenarios; correctly tagging their behaviors is the key to viewing a customer as a whole person.
