Dr. Daryl Roselle joined Hayden Park, Idaho’s Center for Teacher Effectiveness in 2016 and continues to provide educational services in his position as a national consultant. In this role, he is primarily tasked with hosting workshops from the organization’s Time to Teach! curriculum. Dr. Daryl Roselle balances his work at the Center for Teacher Effectiveness with his duties as senior pastor and elder at the Land of Promise Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ in Branchville, Virginia, a role he has held since 2013. His work at the church includes weekly sermons, funerals, and marriage counseling sessions, as well as financial oversight and event coordination.
Dr. Roselle holds a doctorate in conflict analysis and resolution studies from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. While pursuing his degree he composed a dissertation on an elementary school principal’s perception of teacher conflicts, as examined through a phenomenological lens. Dr. Roselle also holds an advanced certificate in qualitative research from Nova Southeastern, as well as degrees in conflict resolution studies, educational leadership and administration PK-12, and early childhood education.
