Through the company's talent development program, after three years of Sales experience, I been transfer to the HR division(Overseas department). I have been training to be more careful for details, document processing, cultivate critical thinking.

1. Oversee and manage the affairs related to overseas agencies, including organizing educational programs and recruitment plans for eight overseas agencies. 
2. Successfully assisted in the establishment and transformation of two agencies into sole proprietorship within three months. 
3. Handling personnel assessments, arrange expatriates visa application, salary processing.
4. Advising annual operations such as salary adjustments, year-end bonuses, and promotions.

I worked as a Sales Representative at Evergreen Marine Corp. I entered the maritime industry and took on responsibilities for tracking and collecting export cargo from Taiwan to Southeast Asia. Despite the competitive situation in the shipping market, I remained diligent, consistently achieving goals, and contributing to the company's success:

2. Maintaining relationships with existing clients
