Project for Optimization of Warehouses

Using R language and Python Models for the optimization of the Warehouses in the Distribution Center. What we did was, we used prediction models to better locate the products in the warehouse that way use optimize the time of loading the trucks. We were able to save up to 3 million dollars a year with this data model. That we could even optimize personal time in the warehouses.
