I am working alongside Modulaire Group's executives and shareholders to drive business value & transformational change across all company work streams (including pricing, lead generation, supply chain analytics, salesforce effectiveness, digital marketing, corporate finance, fleet optimisation; post-merger integration support...) using data science.

• predictive approach of car rental stations based on competitor and sociodemographic data (incl. data scraping & data model) for an automotive company

Objective: develop advanced data analytics methods to predict the evolution of aerospace technologies in Asia over the next decade in order to educate Airbus Group's Corporate Technology Office (CTO) on future technology investments.
Responsibilities:
1. Built software based on a predictive model using technical and financial data to produce recommendations as to where, when and in which technology Airbus Group's research arm should invest, and generated interactive dashboards for a number of technologies and geographies including predicted technology improvement rate, technology network, technology evolution, and technology roadmap matching.
2. Analyzed fast-growing innovation ecosystems of South-East Asia across multiple components (startups, venture capital, accelerators/incubators, government initiatives, universities, and research centers), extracted main regional technology insights from patent data using unsupervised learning and developed the first regional corporate startup engagement (CSE) roadmap aiming at leveraging those innovation ecosystems.

Redbird has developed one of the most advanced cloud-based solution to process and analyze drone-acquired data, at scale, for the construction, mining and quarrying industries.
Responsibilities: investor reporting, international project management (with partners in India & Japan), venture capital fundraising (2M€ from Engie) including comprehensive due diligence and business plan, public tax optimization through R&D expenditures ("Young Innovative Company" label), communication tools (website content, brochures, press releases), startup contests (30k€, 2nd prize of Pulse Contest in the IoT category), internal continuous improvement tools, team management (supervision of three interns)
