While working toward her bachelor of arts in media communications and journalism at the Taiwan University of Art in Taipei, Lulu Roberts reported and edited a range of school news stories as a student journalist. She went on to serve as a reporter and columnist with the American Franklin Journal, an editor with Amazing Magazine, and a reporter and writer with the San Francisco-based Chinese language newspaper Ming Pao. Lulu Roberts also has a wealth of television experience, having served as a reporter with Taiwan Channel 4 News and hosted both a travel program in Taipei and a Cooking show in Farmington, California.
Lulu Roberts also leveraged her cooking training at the Living Light Culinary Institute and her years of journalistic experience to research and write a cookbook on American cuisine.
