Managed agile projects of clients in the Power and Utilities, Retail industries, HIA. Coordinated conversion, reporting, extension activities with 70+ stakeholders - including workstream specific technical leads/developers, functional owners, and project PMO - to support multiple rounds of system integration testing for HR and Finance applications. Collecting and Presenting Status Report to Directors, VPs, Partners, GPM, Stakeholders on weekly cadence. Program management by Multitasking of both managing project and handled multiple firm initiatives on the process improvements by collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicate on the progress, share them to all stakeholders in weekly manner. Connect with client stakeholders and identify their needs and cater the project effectively based on their influence and power.
Retail Industries HCM Cloud Implementation(2023 -24): UKG to Oracle HCM cloud implementation. Execute the project, meet timelines and ensure the profitability of the account regards of Conversion. Managed the project with value of $50 million, handle the section of $15million HCM Implementation with 50+ stakeholders, technical leads/developers, functional owners, and project PMO. Built new solutions on conversion especially streamlining the complete worker load like assignment number generation, Balance Initialization etc.,
HIA Cloud re-implementation(2023): Cloud to cloud implementation worth of half million which was a lean project that involves full conversion with tight deadlines and budget constraints. Completed cutover a day in advance with high quality with only 3 acceptable defects and closed the hypercare in a week.
Power and Utilities Cloud Implementation(2020- 2023): Executed the project in an agile environment, introduced many system improvements process. The project comprises five tracks, like Conversion, Extension, Integration, Reporting, Fast Formula. Managed the project worth of $100+M with 70+ stakeholders, technical leads/developers, functional owners, and project PMO. Technical leads/developers, functional owners, and project PMO. Brought the project from Red to green within 3 weeks of timeline by implementing series of processes, received great appreciation from Partners. Later, those processes were presented to all AC's with 1k+ employees as "PM Hacks 101", well appreciated by partners.
