Being a design manager now, I am leading a small but talented team with great members for
ODM business at Wingtech Tech. Co. Ltd. Taipei Design Center. Having strong experience of leading projects from design phase to mass production, specialized in human-centered design, concept generation through brainstorming sessions, leading user research, synthesizing findings, and developing concepts, coordinate different function teams to help organizations achieve creative solutions. I am also familiar with diverse material applications and have essential ME and tooling knowledge.
