郭珣 Violet Kuo
Hi, I’m Violet. I joined Melaleuca in October, 2021. I am now a Digital Web Designer of Global Digital Marketing.
Starting from maintaining the Legacy site for the AUNZ region, I designed banners, windows and took part in every process for the monthly updates. That’s my first assignment with the company.
Around the end of 2021, I got a new assignment to develop the NSE site for all regions. I created responsive designs for new detail page layouts, re-designed UI flows for new shopping experiences in every region. Not only collaborating with other designers and contents in our teams, I also spent plenty of time communicating with contractors from China and the States. Now I’m preparing the new site for the next launching country.
From maintaining the legacy site in the beginning to developing the NSE site for all regions, I think I have demonstrated my strength in the following areas:
- Able to pick up a new skill in a short period of time and implement it in my daily work.
- I can work independently on new assignments.
- A team player, keeping good collaborations with other team members
- Communicate well with other teams in different regions.
- Willing to learn new things and take challenges.
I am grateful to start my career in Melaleuca, with all the experience and skill set I have built up, I sincerely hope that I have the opportunity to work in the new Digital Communications Specialist position. Thank you.

I was invited to join a team for Startup Wheel 2021, and I was in charge of the UI design. We have developed a smart toothbrush app that aims at preventing people from getting periodontitis disease and helping people build up good cleaning habits. We got into the final round, and got 11th place among all 2000 teams.

Help elementary and junior high school students to keep up with the school's progress, and provide supplementary materials according to their personal level.

UI Design : Smart Toothbrush App
AntiQ is a smart toothbrush app that aims at preventing people from getting periodontitis disease and can track your cleaning habits, such as cleaning duration and cleaning coverage. People can earn credits for the redeeming shop from finishing missions and also create good cleaning habits at the same time !
UI Design : Bankin'
With the fast development of technology, smartphones have become an essential part of our daily life. Bankin' combines paying and managing into one app. You can not only pay with the QR code inside, but also manage your linked bank accounts, and check your account balance in just a glimpse !
CIS : Happiness Day
Based in a coffee shop currently located in Taipei, we generate the ideal concept of the owner into a brand new logo. People usually connect "happiness" with blue birds, and we use the color "Taiwan Chic" to represent Taiwan and the color of the aurora, which is also symbolized as "happiness".
Poster Design : Text or Sext ?
Sexual harassment can be everywhere and can be simple as words and emojis in texts. Emojis illustrate people's feelings and behaviors, and the main color of the poster represents the 3 most popular social network apps in Taiwan : Instagram, Line and Facebook. The world is changing, and so are the forms of sexual harassment.
