我的志向是從事回應民生需求的工作，創造更美好的生活。因為爸爸從事的工作，讓自己產生對家具與裝潢的興趣。後來收看日本的住宅改造節目，欣賞職人設計師別出心裁又貼近使用者需求的設計，每當看到使用者的笑容，就能感受到好設計帶來的正面能量。因此我希望從事系統家具行業，從組裝的執行面開始學習，累積實力與經驗，並朝向設計師的方向發展，用「貼心」與「技術」為顧客帶來滿意的笑容。

大學畢業後，我從事過不同行業的工作，在各種實務中探索。我發現，自己適合與他人互動、合作的工作型態，善於傾聽、樂於分享所知，為了解決問題，思考各種可能、規劃不同的方案，最後與他人討論出最適合的作法，這樣的過程讓我充滿動力與成就感。

我在科陶的工作經驗中，貫徹「以對方的立場思考、用專業的角度建議」的理念並加以實踐。當時接洽到的其中一位顧客，提出更換裝備的需求，並且讓我安排實際操作展演。展演結束後，我與顧客詳談，得知對方主管礙於預算考量，打算取消更換裝備。當下我對此表示尊重，同時說明更換的好處，提供替代方案，既能符合預算限制，又可以在對方近期的施工場域直接派上用場。在一番討論後，對方主管決定接受我的方案，不僅促成這次的服務，也為後續的合作關係打下基礎。

我很感謝緣分，在我的生命中留下的痕跡。就像大學時選修的日語，讓我找到來自日本大阪的伴侶，不同的工作經歷，讓我更加謙虛和善，並且提醒自己盡力做得更好。「把工作打磨得更細膩、將視野放大得更開闊。」透過換位思考，讓待人處事更成熟，是我對自己的期許。

My ambition is to respond people's needs by working, in order to make better life. I'm interested in furniture and decoration because my father's job. When I watched the Japanese TV program of house reformation, I admired professional design that is not only special but fitting users' needs. Once users are smiling, I could feel the positive energy brought by good design. As the result, I would like to engage in system furniture, start learning from assembly, absorb skill and experience, and strive for becoming a designer making costumer satisfied.

After graduating, I have been working in several different field and exploring from experiences. I find out that I’m good at interacting and cooperating with people. I’m always willing to listen and share. In order to solve problems, I’m used to think, plan and discuss with others to decide the most suitable solution. This process makes me feel motivated and a sense of accomplishment.

In my work experience of Ker Taur, I was working hard with the concept of “Put myself in other people’s shoes and suggest with professional view.” I have contacted a customer. She wanted to change equipment for colleagues and asked me arrange a display meeting. During discussion on the meeting, I knew that her supervisor didn’t agree with her buying plan because of budget. At that moment, I expressed my respect to the supervisor, meanwhile, I explained the benefit of changing equipment and provided alternative which not only fit the budget but also can be used immediately in the next mission. After communication, we finally made a deal and became partnership.

I’m really grateful to every kind of relationship, which makes me stronger. Just like Japanese lesson in the university makes me find my partner of life from Osaka, Japan, my various experience of work, also makes me more modest, politer, and remind me to do the best. I hope that we can work together with open-mind, positive, united teammates to contribute to our better world.
