1. Work with management for business planning and developing optimization strategies.

2. Provide business insights to management to come up with business developing strategies through financial result analysis.

3. Facilitate business strategy planning process of business units or sales sectors and provide comments with solid financial and business rationale behind.

4.  Gathering critical information from meetings and survey to produce strategic reports. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

6. Build necessary mechanism and strategies for sustainable growth in the responsible divisions.

7. Conduct financial planning and budgeting for business unit; facilitate business and organization planning for region/sector unit

• 7 years above working experience 
• 3+ years of AIoT Industry business analysis or advisor experiences is a plus
• Strong presentation skills
• Able to read and analyze financial reports
• Able to work in a matrix organization, Ability to work under pressure 
• Can-do attitudes and Think outside of the box
• English proficiency is highly desired
