The Engineering Team
Our Engineering and Product teams are the heartbeat of AIFIAN, driving innovation through synergistic collaboration. Dedicated to crafting and refining efficient software systems, we're committed to enhancing our workflows to expedite the delivery of new features. In this pivotal growth stage, we’re inviting engineering talents to join us in scaling our product across borders.
Our tech stack includes AWS, Node.js, RPC, Redis, MySQL, Terraform, and GitHub.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to the technical strategy for our software systems, working closely with the team to ensure seamless integration with 3rd party services.
- Collaborate with Product Management and business stakeholders, voicing your insights and suggestions to help shape the product and technical roadmaps.
- Be responsible for the maintenance and reliability of key system components, actively contributing to the optimization and performance of the wider ecosystem.
- Help elevate engineering standards, tooling, and processes through active participation and innovation, aiding in the platform's continuous improvement.
- Support a culture of collaboration, transparency, and excellence, contributing to the team’s journey towards achieving collective and individual growth.
職務需求
What We Look For
- A minimum of 5 years in software development, with a strong portfolio in Node.js, Python, or Golang.
- Experience with designing and owning highly available, fault-tolerant backend systems.
- Familiarity with Event-Driven Architecture is a plus.
- Hands-on coding and debugging experience using modern software delivery methods to develop services using Node.js, Python, Go, or JVM-based languages (Java, Kotlin).
