Job Description

  1. Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Product and services;
  2. Investigate and identify parts/products needed by customer. 3.Create and actively follow up transactional quotes.
  3. Proactive looking for upselling opportunities
  4. Actively follow up the quote in order to understand if the proposed value is understood and if it is matching the customer needs.
  5. Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions

Requirements

1~3 yrs experience, Marine related majors or industrial experience, relatively junior

Knowledge & Skills: 1.Handle regular inquiries and reply customer on time. 2.Investigate and identify parts/products needed by customer. 3.Communicate and coordinate with customers to confirm demand. 4.Nurture Market Qualified Leads and convert them to orders. 5.Develop and actively follow up complex and value quotes. 6.Promote and sell Alfa Laval products and services. 7.Proactive looking for upselling opportunities. 8.Use all the tools and systems which is relevant business process.(CRM, ERP, Microsoft Power BI and Office, etc.) 9.1~3 years work experiences
